GENERAL RELEASE
I have read and I __________________ Agree to the Terms of the “Centerpiece-Presentations “Swap Meet” , I ____________________ Release, Centerpiece-Presentations/ Real Life Expressions LLC, from any and all liability, with no exclusions, for any products and equipment and personal injury or damage I may incur during any Event I participate, being hosted by or in conjunction with Centerpiece-Presentations /Real Life Expressions LLC or any of it's agents or representatives.
I _______________________agree also, to assume any and all responsibility and liability, for any acts or actions, Injury and/or damages that come to any customers or participants of Centerpiece-Presentations / Real Life Expressions LLC or any of it's agents or representatives. Including the acts or actions, of any of my agents or representations or my products and units. sufficiency of which is acknowledged, herewith:
Releases , and the agents, servants and successors of Centerpiece-Presentations/ Real Life Expressions LLC, from all claims of any kind whatsoever from the beginning at the time of my agreement to participate to the date of the Written and signed mutual agreement, to the Date “WE” Centerpiece-Presentations and ____________________ cease, participating under the agreement and this document of release, execution of this release Agreement and it's Terms becomes effective on this Date _______________ this document remains in Effect until the Revocation is signed by both parties or their representing agents.
We reserve the right to initiate Revocation of this agreement , at any time, as our stated reason, will be- what we deem in the best interest of our business and our, clients and customers our choice to do so not subject to contest or litigation. ( initial) _________________
